Afternoon Tea is served Tuesday - Saturday 12 - 2.30pm
I had my baby shower here last Saturday. We were all so impressed by both the staff and the venue, we had a great time. The person serving us couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted with the food, the value for money was exceptional. A number of people said they would be back for dinner or another afternoon tea. Couldn't have been happier.
Really lovely afternoon tea, I had completely forgotten to inform them of an allergy prior to arriving but they very quickly accomodated it with no fuss whatsoever. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
We enjoyed a lovely evening- service was great - food fantastic
We had a afternoon tea which was very nice apart from the cake selection very poor and bland. Good value for money Staff and surrounding fantastic. We will certainly revisit for a meal,
Excellent service. Very attentive. Lovely afternoon tea. Couldn’t fault.
The only disappointment was that the Tea was cold. We did comment at the time and had an apology. Otherwise we enjoyed the food and location.
Food was excellent, hot and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to family and friends.
Perfect as always.
We throughly enjoyed our afternoon tea with yourselves and the price was really reasonable :) thanks you
My partner and I were bought a gift voucher as a present for a three course dinner at Bridge Street, which I was most looking forward to. I had already visited the website to see what food was for offer and found lots of appealing things. To be perfectly honest I was most disappointed on arrival when we were given a very simplistic, limited menu due to the fact we had a gift voucher. There was as little as 5 mains to choose from - charging you extra for a side dish, there really was nothing on the menu that appealed to me. I felt that there was no variety and it really should state on the voucher that you will not be entitled to Bridge Streets a’la Carte menu - it would make customers think twice before purchasing. We were also boxed into one room with everyone else that was eating that evening when the rest of the restaurant was empty. All in all a very disappointing evening, the only positive think I would say was our waiter, who was lovely and had fantastic service.
The service was amazing and so was the food
Lovely afternoon tea
Afternoon tea was pretty basic nothing to get excited about. Service was pretty much non existent would have liked to ordered a few other items but got bored of waiting so left. Luckily I had paid in advance. Other than that lovely setting some quirky art music was nice
Good food , brilliant service nice cocktails too
We left our food. Worse meal we have had in a very long time. VERY Disappointed
I took my friend here for a surprise Birthday afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly and always there if you needed them and made an effort to talk to you. The food was very tasty and good value dor money. The area was warm and welcoming and i will definately be back. Some reviews said the parking wasnt ample but i had no problem as my booking was an early one but i could see that it did get busy when i left at just gone 2pm.
Love it here - it is one of our favorite restaurants
Had a wonderful time for lunch with the set menu. Small portions but for lunch it was nice to leave not feeling completely over-indulged, so good value for money. Beautiful interior and fantastic service.
Been here many times before and never disappointed, excellent value for money
A lovely afternoon tea for a great price.. we had a groupon deal but would of paid full price and still got great value
Amazing value afternoon tea with prosecco. Highly recommend!
Lovely service you feel really welcome nothings too much for the staff, fantastic value for money we had afternoon tea and the atmosphere was lovely every one I was with had a brilliant time and they’d all recommend you.
The overall experience was very good. The only criticism was the extras we had to pay for. We were given one pot of tea between 2 people which was the equivalent to 1 cup each and was charged £3 per extra pot we also ordered 2 extra glasses of prosecco and was given 125ml at £6.95 each which seemed quite expensive for the size of the glass and also 10% service charge was added to the bill
My friend and I enjoyed the sparkling afternoon tea. It was excellent value for money and the service was impecable; nothing was too much trouble and the staff were so friendly yet at the same time proffessional. We had two weaning babies with us, the Bridge Street had highchairs and baby change which was appreciated.
