staff were rude and felt rushed throughout our meal.
Food was fantastic as was the service
Food was absolutely gorgeous! The only slightly off putting thing is people sitting in their dressing gowns from the spa.
Always have a lovely meal here. Can't fault it.
Food is amazing, great service. Can't wait too go back.
We arrived for our pre-booked table at 9.30 to be told we couldn’t have starters or offered desserts. It is a disgrace that you can reserve a table and not be served properly, the music was turned off and we felt unwelcome. Food was okay, soft shell crab lovely, whereas calamari were awful, seemed frozen, seabass was cooked nicely, chicken tasteless and a waste. Overall for £100 definitely was not worth it, we visited in the daytime also in between the spa, figured the bad service was because we were a bar table, however it did not get better. Huge disappointment
Excellent food good atmosphere. Service was a little slpw however this is understandable as it was extremly busy with it being mothersday weekend. Would definatley recomend to friends and family and will definatley be visiting again.
Lovely place, great service
Arrived on time at the fusion restaurant having made our reservation prior to visit. Me & my husband we’re staying over night so thought it was be great to have a meal in the fusion. Walked in met by a lovely waitress who took us to our table, wedged right next to another couple, so I said any other tables she pointed to one right next to the toilets! I asked for a different table waitress then went to what I can only assume as “manager” he very rudely said “there’s no tables anywhere unless you want to eat your food in 30 minutes you would need to be out”! So we went back to the table right next to the toilets how romantic NOT! Food was oily wine over priced, drunken party’s around us just not the setting I had in mind! I will not be returning & I would not recommend to anyone!
The staff were excellent even helped us to choose our food 10 out of 10
Excellent dinner, breakfast poor
A very enjoyable experience!
Early bird menu advertised on website although not available anymore
Disappointed to be seated in the bar next to swearing, loud, drunk hotel guests (instead of the restaurant) when we booked the restaurant a week in advance. I ordered tofu curry and got a curry chicken. I didn’t recognise it wasn’t tofu and ate half of it before the kind waiter noticed and told me after I had finished. I’m a vegetarian so I felt awful having eaten half a chicken. It was removed from my bill but it was still a big shock to have this happen and too late to help.
Service was perfect food was okay. Pad thai not enough flavour , not enough salt. Sweet n sour chicken was ok but the sauce was overpowering and the chicken not crispy enough
Having people in bathrobes sitting next to you when you go out to dine in a restaurant is not a very nice atmosphere
Staff were lovely and very attentive. Service was slow when we arrived but once our order was taken the staff we brilliant. Rhe food was beaitiful & i would come back again.
We had the early bird menu and the meal was lovely. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We hope to return soon.
Just a bit bemused as to why there are people walking around with white bath robes on is there not another bar for the spa guests?? Just seams a bit silly.....
We were given a 4 person table however asked to be moved to one of the 2 person tables, were told this was not an option. The rice was basmati and was awful (if it was nice there would not have been enough of it) I have never had basmati rice at a Chinese before. The sweet and sour was so vinegary I couldn't eat it, it was literally burning my tongue. The wontons were nice and that's about the only positive comment I can make. The sweet and sour was also overpriced at £15 for a tiny portion not that I could eat it anyway! The Chinese waitress was lovely and taught my partner how to use chop sticks. That's the only reason I've put two stars for service as opposed to one.
Ordered drinks waited 15 minutes then had to ask if they were on way , however they did knock drinks from bill. Food didn't seem as spicy as previous
We always eat in the fusion restaurant when we visit the hotel, unfortunately on this occasion despite booking a table months before our visit, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The food is always lovely though and worth the wait.
We had our table booked for 9 but waited for 20 mins to get seated then waited an extra 25 mins for our starters to come by this time we were sick The food was nice and would defo recommend but next time we will book earlier All in it was really good food but the wait was to much
2 of the party had to wait a long time for toast to arrive with 1 not receiving any at all. We asked for mushrooms to be added to the eggs benedict and were told that we would be charged extra for them. We also ordered a vegetarian breakfast and when it arrived it had black pudding on the plate! In general the food tasted nice but the service was slow and the black pudding on the vegetarian breakfast was unacceptable.
