The Conrad always feels special and classy and restful. I am determined to be a resident guest and not just a visitor for coffee & pastries! Thank you.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Nice food, good service in a good atmosphere but overpriced
Staff exceptionally helpful unable to give them a tip which they richly deserved but hotel does not pass on the money will be reporting hotel to work relations board disgraceful shame on management workers get little enough as it is
Nicoletta the server was extremely friendly, pleasant and attentive.
Magnificent friendly service with delicious food. The Lemuels restaurant is excellent and provided us with a memorable seasonal experience. Perfect after a great Christmas concert.
Such a lovely afternoon. The service was impeccable and the staff could not have been more welcoming. My family really enjoyed their visit and we will recommend Lemuel’s to our friends for surer
myself and two friends had afternoon tea in Lemuel's last Sunday. it was a lovely treat with fabulous food and an amazing atmosphere . the staff were very accommodating and approachable . my only negative comment is that when we booked it online the original menu was on view but when we arrived it was the festive afternoon tea plus a price difference . I think from a marketing perspective the website should be updated to reflect same. the staff were so nice and facilitated us when we noted the change of menu
Loved afternoon tea at the Conrad! Went there for a girly catch-up with friends. My friend is pregnant and two ladies serving us went over and above to accommodate her (offering alternative sandwiches and tea/coffee)! Everything was delicious, loved how the scones were served with lemon curd as well as jam and clotted cream and we could have as much tea and coffee as we liked. My first time to this hotel and I highly recommend a trip!😄
Thank you for the most delicious afternoon tea. The presentation, variety and, above all, flavour made this the best afternoon tea we have experienced in Dublin. The cocktail afterwards was also sublime and spectacularly presented. The service was top class and the waitresses extremely friendly. We look forward to returning to Lemuel's for afternoon tea again in the near future.
food needs improvement
Very nice afternoon tea in a relaxed environment!!
The four of us had a wonderful time at the Lemuel's afternoon tea, it was very special and the waitress Gosha was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks. Marie Nugent
Had the musical afternoon tea. I was thoroughly impressed. Every single part of it looked stunning and tasted delicious. There was a lot of variety and certainly plenty of food. I have had afternoon tea many times at the Westin, Shelbourne, Merrion, Westbury and the Intercontinental Hotel, and without doubt, the one I had at Lemuel's was the best. The only fault was that there was no menu for non-alcoholic cocktails. However, the server created a delicious one for me. Also, the tea strainer needs to have smaller holes as many tea leaves ended up in the tea cup. However, these are only minor issues that can be easily fixed. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended it to many friends and family.
Had a great afternoon tea for my hen do weekend in Dublin, staff were very helpful and very polite and curtious. The food was amazing, will be defiantly recommending it to my family and friends.
Food was very nice, not exactly as described in the menu though. Girls serving were lovely but not enough working and we were left waiting with no one to serve a few times. Would go back though, just needs a few tweaks!
Had to wait 30 minutes due to problem with reservation confirmation but staff were very attentive and apologetic. Yes was worth the wait.
All the bar staff were excellent on the night. In particular Matt
Excellent service and location great.
Great bar! Amazing cocktails! Presentation of food and drinks were beyond expectations! Staff were knowledgeable and easy going. I would highly recommend this bar, it's bright, airy & comfortable. Great addition to the Dublin scene! Cocktails are themed under Gulliver's travels, very fitting considering this bar is in a hotel! They really are amazing!
Lovely afternoon tea, great service and relaxing atmosphere. We had a 2 for 1 voucher but not sure would pay full price for afternoon tea, seems a bit overpriced. Choice of sandwiches and cakes very good but very classic.
When we arrived at 8pm at the time of our reservation to Be informed rudely that they do not take reservations at Lemuel's. To which I said I'd booked on line and has the reservation email-but he showed no interest. He then went on to inform us that it wasn't really food, just light bites. So we left. Awful rude service.
My wife and I booked in for an evening out together. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help us. Our main waitress made some great recommendations on our choices and really helped the evening be the best it could be. My only criticism was being asked if everything was ok by nearly every member of staff more than once. Once or twice from our waitress is sufficient.
