A simply fabulous experience from start to finish. A most relaxing evening was had! Thank you!
Fabulous afternoon tea experience, excellent service, delicious quality food which was replenished as was the tea and coffee with variety of great choices available. Highly recommend a visit to The Westbury.
We enjoyed the food and the setting but were really disappointed with the service. We were seated 45 minutes before our food arrived and had to wait way too long, around 15/20 minutes for drinks to be served each time we ordered them.
We all really enjoyed afternoon tea at the Gallery. The service was very friendly with the staff offering to take photos of our group and providing a very beautiful and tasty birthday plate for the birthday girl. The atmosphere is calm and provides a lovely respite from our normal busy lives.
Excellent dining, very attentive staff and great service Great value for money especially with the set menu for groups,
Fantastic experience having afternoon tea at the Westbury. The service was exceptional and gave my mam great memories of celebrating her birthday at the Westbury. I couldn't recommend it enough.
The food was gorgeous, staff were so friendly and attentive
The whole experience from start to finish was so amazing. Staff are amazing & really make you feel welcome. Would reccomend!
The staff, service and atmosphere were excellent
We had a wonderful afternoon in the Westbury. The food was beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Best afternoon tea ever - and I've been to quite a few.
Service was incredibly slow. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks
Busy Saturday night. Delicious cocktails but a bit slow coming out.
Giovanni was our server and he diligently catered to our every request! Our meal was fresh and delicious and the ambiance this lovely sunny day a bonus! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
We had a fabulous time at afternoon tea in the Westbury. The staff in particular were fantastic - so attentive and friendly. Many thanks to Geovanny and all the team who looked after us.
Good food n service was spectacular. A great idea for a special occasion.
The whole afternoon tea experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. We enjoyed a delicious and varied selection of sandwiches, scones and sweet treats which included a gluten free option and the option to have further treats if we wished. To our surprise we were given an extra special sweet treat to celebrate our anniversary - a very thoughtful gesture. It was lashing rain as we left and Kevin the concierge went and got us an umbrella. Overall we were very impressed by our experience and look forward to going back again.
Marta T was a fantastic server.
There is a superb mix of pleasant ambiance, good service, nice views and comfort. Very much recommend.
Fabulous service, very professional, attentive and friendly staff. Delicious food as always. A wonderful place to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon.
Preferred menu at my last visit.
A lovely few hours spent having afternoon tea - the food, staff and general atmosphere was great!
Tea: • Large selection from three different categories. • Westbury was very generous with re-fills. • They even offered to change teas halfway through! Sambos: • Fillings were excellent quality combinations. • The Brioche was excellent but the other breads were v quite with the flavours….possibly because the average Paddy does not like strong flavours with breads? Scones: • Personally not a scones fan (a minor inconvienence to afternoon tea) but the cream was superb accompiment! Cakes: This is where Westbury really came into it’s own, strong flavours without being overpowering. It’s hard to choose which one was best…..especially as could eat them ALL😊 Ambience: • Generally I dislike open-plan spaces…..but the setting was really excellent due to the décor and all the natural light. • They have lots of soft furnishings which absorb the chatter, so it doesn’t get too loud that raised voices are required. • They have so many layers of staff….well, it was a five star hotel!
Great service and lovely staff.
